Welcome to HalalNxt, operated by UmdaLiv Technologies Inc. (“UmdaLiv”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the HalalNxt mobile applications (iOS and Android), the HalalNxt website, and any related services or features (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service.

1. About HalalNxt

HalalNxt is a platform that helps users discover halal restaurants and determine the halal status of packaged food products. Our goal is to provide transparency based on publicly available information, ingredient analysis, and reputable halal certification sources.

HalalNxt is not a halal certification authority, and we do not issue official halal approval.

2. Not a Certification Body

We provide halal guidance, not certification. Halal status may change over time due to changes in suppliers, kitchen practices, ingredients, or certification status. HalalNxt does not guarantee that any restaurant or product listed on the platform is halal.

You are responsible for making your own consumption decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that all restaurant details, supplier information, certifications, or product ingredients are complete, accurate, or current.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

4. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Service.

5. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• scrape, copy, or extract data for commercial use
• submit false or misleading information
• impersonate others
• use the Service for illegal or harmful activities

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless you receive our written permission.

All trademarks, logos, branding, content, data, and software within the Service are owned by UmdaLiv Technologies Inc. or licensed to us.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in the Service, including but not limited to certification bodies, community groups, and food brands, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the Service does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with UmdaLiv Technologies Inc.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on restaurant or product information.
• We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages resulting from consumption of food or products listed in the Service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Your use of HalalNxt is at your own risk.

10. No Religious, Medical, or Dietary Advice

The Service does not provide:

• religious rulings (fatwa)
• medical or dietary advice
• professional guidance
